1. General Description

Attention:
 1) When you use the GSM fax terminal, please activate your sim card's data &fax function from your severice provider in advance.

 2) if you want to send fax,add "#" or "## " before the fax number, (e.g. #28167031, "28167031" is fax number), default is 9600bps.
 the maximum fax speed of # is 9600bps. (high speed)
 the maximum fax speed of ## is 4800bps. (low speed).
if you want to make phone call, just dial the phone number directly.

The GSM FAX Terminal-8848 has the basic telephone function by easily connecting to telephone set, and it can also connect to analogue fax machine to send/receive faxes. The device is available to use in areas where the cable and telephone installation are not accessible.

1)  Connecting the RJ-11 FXS line to an ordinary telephone set for voice call;
2)  Connecting PBX for call extensions;
3)  Connecting billing systems for public phone use;
